Lava is a modular blockchain data access layer. It represents “specifications”: a modular primitive construct that allows participants to add support for new data chains and services to the underlying protocol without permission. RPC is the first service supported by the protocol, but the project team plans to expand the selection soon by integrating with index and API partners such as Subsquid.
The project has attracted $15 million in investment from funds such as HashKey Capital, Jump Capital, Tribe Capital, Alliance DAO and others.
Now the project is going through the third and last testnet stage before mining – Magma. The launch of the main network is scheduled for the first half of 2024.
In the guide we will look at how you can interact with the project at the moment to get a possible drop in the future.
Activity walkthrough guide
- Go to the site and enter the code UK79B (you can’t enter without an invite):
- Connect Wallet, Discord and X (Twitter).
- Copy RPCs to add them to the wallet:
- Go to MetaMask settings and select add new network:
- In the Networks section, change the RPC of the Ethereum network to the one we copied a bit earlier:
- Use the wallet with these RPCs and earn points.
- To learn how to change RPCs in other networks/wallets, click here.
Conclusion
Activities can be performed natively by simply using the networks to which the project provides its RPCs. You can only gain access to the site through another user’s referral link, so perhaps the project will distribute potential drops in a similar way as Arkham.
Subscribe to the project’s social networks so you don’t miss important updates.
Highlights:
putting RPC from the project;
native execution of activities.
