Telecommunications company Deutsche Telekom has announced a partnership with the Fetch.ai Foundation organization. The main purpose of the cooperation is to promote the development of technologies based on artificial intelligence and Web3-industry.
Deutsche Telekom will become the first corporate partner of the organization, which was established in February 2023 by Bosch and the blockchain platform Fetch.ai. The foundation is focused on finding practical solutions in three areas – mobility, industry and consumer goods.
According to the announcement, Deutsche Telekom subsidiary MMS will act as a validator for the Fetch.ai network. Platform representatives note that the collaboration with this firm will ensure the security and efficiency of the network with autonomous agents based on artificial intelligence.
In addition, MMS and Fetch.ai Foundation will participate in the Bosch Connected Experience event on February 28, 2024. The event will include a hackathon aimed at fostering the development of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies.
“This partnership is an important milestone for Fetch.ai. Through research, development, and practical application of artificial intelligence and decentralized Web3 technologies, it is possible to integrate real-world solutions to improve the existing network,” said the CEO of Fetch.ai.
