Notably, users of cryptocurrency betting platform PolyMarket were confident of More Light’s victory. Armstrong’s stock had repeatedly fallen to the $0.17 mark.
Despite this, BitBoy Crypto won by the decision of the judges. In a comment to Cointelegraph, More Light noted that he did not have enough time to prepare.
More Light is the developer of the HarryPotterObamaSonic10Inu (BITCOIN) memcoin. He came out for the fight dressed as Sonic the Hedgehog.
Armstrong is primarily known for a YouTube channel called BitBoy Crypto. In February 2024, he announced that he was shutting down the show due to financial problems.
In August 2023, Hit Network, which owns the BitBoy Crypto brand, decided to distance itself from the blogger. The reason was his scandalous reputation, as well as rumors of addiction.
Against the backdrop of the fight, the rate of Ben token (BEN) grew significantly – by 87% immediately after the fight. At the moment, the price of the asset reached $0.000007, but then rolled back to the level of $0.000005, according to Dex Screener.
Following More Light’s defeat, the value of HarryPotterObamaSonic10Inu (BITCOIN) token fell by more than 20% to $0.041. However, the trend later reversed. At the time of writing, the asset is trading around $0.06, according to Dex Screener.
