The company Revolut intends to launch a cryptocurrency exchange for experienced traders, writes CoinDesk with reference to its own sources. Specific terms representatives of the firm did not indicate.
The new platform will provide users with in-depth market analytics and an expanded range of services, Revolut said. The company also talks about low fees, which will range from 0% to 0.09%.
Among the features available to customers, representatives of the digital bank note the ability to trade using limit and market orders. At the moment, the platform is undergoing a beta testing phase, Revolut noted.
“We are launching a new cryptocurrency exchange created with experienced traders in mind. You will find here deep analytical tools and lower commissions than on our app,” the firm said in a statement.
In December 2023, it was reported that Revolut would change its terms of service for business customers in the UK. In particular, they will lose the ability to buy cryptoassets through the organization’s platform.
It is also worth noting that in August 2023, the company announced the suspension of operations in the United States. Local customers were closed access to crypto-assets due to the uncertainty of the regulatory framework.
